Generated Images: Images generated through our paid plans (subscriptions and credit packs) come with commercial usage rights, allowing you to use them for business purposes.
Free Plan Limitation: Images generated through free credits do not include commercial usage rights and are for personal use only.
Platform Rights: Banana AI Store retains all rights to the underlying AI technology and service platform.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Banana AI Store be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
